Marshall County LLN is now the proud home of Leadership Marshall County. The synergies between the work being completed at LMC and LLN could not be ignored! We will continue to build upon a great foundation and continue building leadership skills in youth and adults.

Our flagship program. This class is for adults looking to grow their leadership capacity. Applications are open now for Class 32!

LMC Alumni/Service

Our alumni group works to provide opportunities for community service as well as leadership educational sessions as well.

LMC Emerge

Our newest program, just finishing it's 3rd year, provides leadership training to juniors in high school from Plymouth, John Glenn, Triton, Argos, and Culver.
